Jorge “Tuto” Quiroga is a leading Latin American statesman and former President of Bolivia, widely recognized for his outspoken advocacy of democracy, rule of law, and sustainable development. He served as Vice President and later President of Bolivia (2001–2002), becoming one of the youngest heads of state in the region.
