How to Navigate China’s Industrial Surge?

Former Mexican Ambassador to China, Jorge Guajardo, delivers a powerful analysis of the shifting global economic order. As the U.S.-China trade war morphs into a battle for control over supply chains, China’s manufacturing overcapacity is disrupting traditional brands worldwide—offering better quality at lower prices and triggering what many call “unfair competition.” Guajardo explains how Latin America, caught between two superpowers, faces both major threats and unprecedented opportunities. From nearshoring potential to trade realignment, his keynote provides a clear, urgent roadmap for how governments and businesses in the region can strengthen strategic industries, diversify global partnerships, and avoid overdependence on China. This is a must-hear session for decision-makers looking to position themselves smartly in the next chapter of global trade and geopolitics.
