Founder & CEO
Santiago Zapata
Santiago has held various management positions. He began his executive career in Avianca, Colombia's leading and largest airline, first at Helicol and then at Sam.
After completing his work in the world of aviation he moved to the publishing industry, holding important positions in companies such as Publicaciones Semana and in Casa Editorial El Tiempo, leading editorial in the country and third in Latin America.
Prior to founding HiCue Speakers in the year 2003, he worked as Partner and Consultant at Spencer Stuart Colombia.

Alina Rodríguez
Alina studied Economics at Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) with an emphasis on Business Administration. She began her career in the areas of marketing, public relations and communications.
She has ample experience designing and developing commercial projects, having worked at renowned companies such as Publicaciones Semana, Casa Editorial El Tiempo and Spencer Stuart Colombia.
Since the year 2006 she leads HiCue Speakers' marketing department as a Senior Partner, developing strategies for Latin America.

Alexandra Orozco
Alexandra studied Political Sciences with an emphasis on Public Management at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Colombia).
She worked in the public sector as General Secretary Advisor of ICETEX, where she remained for five years and gained extensive experience dealing with the transformation of state agencies and legislative monitoring of public policy projects.
Additionally she served in public relations and handled issues related to the organization's board of directors. In the year 2009 she joined HiCue Speakers as Business Consultant.
Alexandra Orozco worked as General Secretary Advisor of ICETEX, where she gained extensive experience dealing with the transformation of state agencies and legislative monitoring.

Ángela Santacruz
Angela studied Business Administration at "Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA)". She also holds an MBA from CESA University in partnership with Carleton University of Canada. She worked in the field of Technology and Software as Commercial Accounts Manager and Key Accounts Manager at Microsoft Colombia. Then she joined the financial sector at Occidental Bank Barbados (subsidiary of Banco de Occidente Colombia / Grupo Aval), in which she was Commercial Manager for offshore accounts. Since February 2015, she joined HiCue Speakers as a Business Consultant in order to develop new markets for our top speakers in Latin America.

Victoria Calle
Victoria studied International Negotiations at EAFIT University (Medellin, Colombia). She also studied global politics and entrepreneurship at New York University (NYU) and has Human Development at the Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico).
She has worked at Gillette (now P&G) for Braun in the marketing and sales department. She also served as Director of Fulfillment at Cargraphics SA (part of the Carvajal Group), leading the commercial relationship with Microsoft and the development of the back-end activity for Latam´s northern cone.
At HiCue Speakers, she has been an International Business Consultant and currently leads HiCue Boards.
She has also worked at ENCONCRETO, an innovation and strategy consulting firm and has served as Chapter Manager of YPO -Young Presidents Organization.
Marketing & Business Development Director
Olga Mogollón
Olga studied Business at Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). She has work experience in marketing, PR, strategic communications and business development.
Based in London, she worked at ProColombia supporting the development of binational business. Upon her return to Colombia, she worked at Universidad de los Andes in marketing to strengthen its international positioning and reputation. Then, she worked in media at La Silla Vacía, where she served as Business Director, developing new business models and implementing the commercial strategy.
In 2016, she joined HiCue Speakers as Key Account Manager, to promote the most promising speakers on international markets. Since 2017, she has also led the marketing team. Currently, she is a member of the Strategy Committee and leads new business models.
Olga Mogollón works to establish a clear vision to attract new clients, consolidate the relationship with high-profile speakers and develop new business models.

Laura Jaramillo
Laura studied Business Administrator at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She began her career in the financial sector in the commercial area at Banco GNB Sudameris and leading high performance commercial teams at Banco AV Villas.
She worked in Technology as a Software Consultant. She also worked as Sales Lead at TransUnion where she led the commercial team for customer acquisition, and was part of the implementation of LATAM´s commercial strategy.
In May 2023 she joined HiCue Speakers as Business Development Consultant to lead new markets development strategy.

Daniela Salazar
Daniela studied Business Administration at Universidad de La Sabana in Bogotá, Colombia. She has a Master's Degree on International Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Italy. She began her professional career working at IPSOS in Italy, in the Quantitative Marketing department. Then she worked at GEODIS as Tender Management, and moving back to Colombia she worked at MOVITEC as Administrative Coordinator.
In July 2016 she joined HiCue Speakers team as Project Manager.
Daniela Salazar worked at IPSOS Italia in the Quantitative Marketing department, in Colombia she worked as Tender Management at GEODIS and was Administrative Coordinator at MOVITEC.

Maria Paula Trillos
Maria Paula majored in Psychology from Universidad de los Andes in 2016, where she also studied minors in Art and Business Administration. Soon after, she founded her own non-profit "Apertura Lab". Through this foundation, she organized the LIT Festival, an interactive lights event that seeked to connect Colombians through art and technology.
Afterwards, she studied a Masters Degree in Cultural Economics and Entrepreneurship at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. In 2019, she returned to Colombia to work managing and coordinating projects with a social and environmental impact, such as Mesa Detonadora, Conversaciones Detonante and Distrito Quántica.
In 2022, she joined HiCue Spekers as Project Manager.
Systems and Technology Director
Sergio Huertas
Sergio studied Telecommunications Engineering at the District University of Bogota (Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas), and currently complementing his studies with a specialization in Telematics. He began his career in the IT sector working in datacenters for hotels and public works, were he responsible for the design and implementation of projects. In October 2015 he joins the team HiCue Speakers, as system administrator. In this position, he will work towards the successful implementation of IT at HiCue Speakers.
Sergio Huertas worked in design, execution and supervision of projects in Datacenter, hotels and civil works. Its biggest challenge is the successful implementation of systems that allow the sustainable development of HiCue Speakers.
Chief Financial Officer
Paola Beltrán
Paola is an Accountant from Universidad Central and holds a master’s in financial administration from Universidad Sergio Arboleda. Throughout her career, she has worked in different sectors, leading administration and financial departments, and has also been involved in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) projects.
She began her career at Producción y Gestión SAS (3M Colombia Outsourcing) where she held various accounting and financial roles; she then joined Ipsos Napoleon Franco as Accountant Manager for IFRS. Later, she joined the Chilco Distribuidora de Gas y Energía SAS group, where she led different departments and participated in M&A projects.
In March 2021, she joined HiCue Speakers as an Accounting and Financial Outsourcing, and as of July 2023, she joined as Chief Financial Officer.

Marien Dimas
Marien studied Financial Accounting at SENA and Business Administration at Universidad de la Salle (Colombia).
She has held accounting and management positions at important companies such as Luminex Legrand and La Maisón du Paté.
In the year 2009 she joined HiCue Speakers as Accounting Assistant through the renowned financial and accounting outsourcing company Alfascont.
