Stewart Emery, considered one of the fathers of the Human Potential Movement, has a lifetime of experience as a consultant on corporate culture, transformation, growth and leadership development.
His body of work is developed from the most comprehensive research project ever undertaken into what makes a great company, how companies become great, and the traits of enduringly successful leaders who build great companies. Emery has conducted coaching interviews with more than 12.000 top leaders and managers in the last three decades.
Emery has led thousands of employees and hundreds of managers through initiatives based on the research from author Jim Collins' best-sellers "Built to Last" and "Good to Great". He is co-author of the international best-seller "Success Built to Last", "Now you're Thinking!" and "Do you Matter?"
He has founded and co-founded several startups including Knock Out Productions, award-winning commercial production company, Actualizations, international learning and development organization, and Belvedere Consultants, consulting firm on turning human talent into world-class performance and enduring success.
Through writing books, delivering keynotes, and leading workshops and seminars all over the world, Emery has touched the lives of millions. He has been selected by the media as one of "the ten most influential people in the Human Potential Movement" and awarded an honorary doctorate of Humane Letters as an acknowledgement of his contributions.
Stewart Emery served previously as Creative Director at the J. Walter Thompsons Sydney office and as Professor of Design at the University of New South Wales (Australia). He currently works as Professor at John F. Kennedy University.
